All applications for withdrawal must be emailed to:

Refunds will be calculated as follows:
$50 Non-Refundable - Cancellation prior to last set of Evaluations
50% Non-Refundable - Cancellation after Evaluations or April 1, whichever comes first
100% Non-Refundable - Cancellation after April 15, or after teams have been formed whichever comes first (except for documented medical or at the Board's discretion)
ALL REGISTRATIONS (U11, U13, U15 and U17) RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 1st WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 LATE REGISTRATION FEE AND RISK REJECTION. AFTER THIS DATE, PLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE BASED ON AVAILABILITY FOR ALL DIVISIONS.
