We are looking ahead to Block 2 Baseball & Softball Programs here at RBI Training Center.
As we begin to wrap up our current block, we are thankful to have the opportunity to keep training sessions going. We have capped groups at 8 athletes for Hitting and Fielding programs, and 6 athletes for our Pitching and Strength Training programs. Along with that, we have taken extra precautions and divided up our space further to keep our athletes safe.
As a reminder, we are also booking individual and small group lessons by appointment. These can be offered weekdays and weekends (daytime included when students are available). Please contact directly for more information.

BLOCK TWO MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES: January 3 - February 28, 2021
All baseball and softball program memberships will be listed in our sign-up links in this email. PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST GO INTO THE CALENDAR SECTION AND SELECT ALL DATES AND CLASS TIMES TO RESERVE SELECTING MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPACE IN A CLASS.

Classes will include Hitting & Fielding, and Pitching. Please use the link copied below for the sign-up page. You can select memberships for our various programs and select classes in our calendar section. Block 2 will run from the week of Jan 3 to Feb 28th. Block 3 starts MondayMarch 1st. (8 consecutive weeks of programs)
Please be aware that we will contact families about removing scheduled class times if numbers are low, and look to shift them to alternate slots.

Programs will continue to run for Hitting, Pitching, Catching, and Strength Training. We have also teamed up with Regina Sports Performance Centre to offer a full fielding/conditioning program at their turfed facility. With 7000 sq ft of turfed space, this program will be an outstanding addition to what we already offer here at RBI.
We are seeing some huge improvements from all of our athletes, but especially those athletes 12 and older who have been participating in our weekly strength training program. This should be a huge part of any athletes skills training, but it is also beneficial for athletes beyond their years in sports. We highly recommend considering registering your athlete for a Strength Training membership; classes start at as little as $6.50 per 60min session.
Packages start at once per week training for Hitting, Pitching, and Catching @ $420.00 (max 4:1 ratio player to coach). Family discount available. Multi-session discounts available. Packages for Strength and Conditioning start as low as $6.50/session
BASEBALL - NEW PROGRAM OFFER - FIELDING/CONDITIONING SKILLS
We have lined up regular weekly time slots on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings starting January 4th. Regina Sports Performance Centre. Located on Broadway Avenue (the old Tartan Curling Club).
$300.00 - 8 session program (60min length).
Included in this fielding skills program is Infield & Outfield skills, along with sprint work and conditioning. We have 5:00-6:00pm and 6:00-7:00pm scheduled each evening.
Athletes 15-18yrs old have designated time for 5:00-6:00pm Athletes 11-14yrs old have designated time for 6:00-7:00pm
Note: We will adjust group ages as necessary to ensure interested athletes get an opportunity to sign up. Athletes will be limited to one class per week option to start. With the limited time and slots available, we want to be sure we give as many athletes an opportunity as possible.
Groups will be capped at 8 players for now, as per Sask Health guidelines. We will look to add space in each class if size restrictions are lifted.
