Important Dates and Times

Coaches Meeting:
 August 5^th  3:00 PM
 Location: Balgonie Multiplex
 Mandatory for all head coaches or team representatives.

Player Banquet and Carnival:

          August 5^th   5:00-8:00pm

          Location: Balgonie Arena

Players and coaches join us for an evening of fun hosted by your U13A Storm Families. Complete with food, games, music, prizes and fun.

** Please RSVP to lcfuessel@gmail.com with your team name and number of tickets by July 21^st, 2026. Cost is $25/person. E-transfer total ticket amount to stormsoftball3@gmail.com include your team name in the notes.

**This is a casual event but feel free to show off your team spirit**

Tournament Dates:
 August 6-9, 2026

Schedule will be emailed to teams prior to the event and posted on the website once finalized. White Butte Storm Softball

A sign-up link will follow shortly for scheduling practice diamonds and reserving the batting cages.

Opening Ceremonies:

August 6, 2026- 11:30am

-All teams will meet at 11:00am on the baseball diamond to line up

-Each team will enter the ballpark carrying their provincial flag and team banner

-there will be a short welcome program and O’Canada

-we are encouraging teams to show off their team colours and spirit!

Bat Girls

Our local teams will be providing one bat girl for each visiting team. They will attend everything your team attends and become one of your biggest fans! Once all teams are finalized teams will be contacted with their bat girl contact information.

Trading Pins

Teams are encouraged to trade a team or provincial pin after each game. These little mementos are a great keep sake for the athletes.

• Weekend Fan Pass with Custom Tournament Wristband and Tournament Program*
  Adults: $55 | Seniors (65+) $40 | Youth (13-18) $40 | Kids (12 and under): FREE
• Single Day Pass
  Adults: $20 | Seniors (65+) $15 | Youth (13-18) $15 | Kids (12 and under): FREE
• Weekend Fan Pass- At the Gate
• Adults: $60 | Seniors (65+) $45 | Youth (13-18) $45 | Kids (12 and under): FREE **Cash only at the gate**

Purchase your Weekend Fan Pass in advance online and save $5. 

Tournament Pass

Weekend pass holders will receive a special Custom Westerns Wristband and Tournament Program, while supplies last. Pre-purchased wristbands can be picked up at the main gate.

  Location: North on Highway 364 just over the railway tracks

  • Concession stand- available for breakfast and coffee in the mornings and all your concession favorites throughout the day
